Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?

Yes you can customise sizes across your team (for example XS to XXL) and choose different colours where needed, while keeping the same design and logo. We’ll help you manage size breakdowns and pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information (if available).

What if the logo printing fades or the colours change after wash?

We use advanced printing methods (sublimation, screen print, embroidery) and high-performance fabrics to ensure colour retention and durability. That said, we recommend following our care instructions (gentle wash, inside-out, low heat drying) to maintain optimum performance. How is the pricing determined?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For most custom orders a deposit (typically 50 %) is required before production begins, with the balance due before shipping. We will specify payment terms in your quotation.

Can you help me design or refine my logo or layout?

Yes if needed, we can provide design support or adjustments to ensure your logo prints well on apparel (size, placement, contrast). Additional design service may be quoted separately.

How should I care for my custom sportswear to ensure longevity?

Can I receive a sample before full production?

Yes whenever feasible, we recommend ordering a sample or prototype of your design so you can check fabric, fit, logo placement and colour accuracy before committing to full production.

What happens if I need to change something after placing my order?

If you need to make changes (size breakdown, colour, logo placement) we’ll do our best to accommodate, especially if production hasn’t started. However once production begins changes may incur additional cost or time. We’ll always confirm changes and any impact with you.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We recommend you contact our customer service immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to track your shipment and resolve any issues. Please keep your order number and shipping reference ready.

Can I return or exchange my custom apparel?

Because each item is customised specifically for you (logo, colours, sizing), returns or exchanges are limited. We inspect quality before shipment, but if there is a manufacturing fault (e.g., defective fabric, printing error, wrong sizing) please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll assess and, if verified, offer repair, replacement or refund as per our policy.

Do you provide size charts or help with sizing decisions?
